Zina graduated from the Academy of Art in Azerbaijan and has been tattooing since 2010. Specialising in realism, Zina draws inspiration from travelling and loves to create pieces incorporating portraits, animals and nature.

Questions & answers

Where are you from? I am from Azerbaijan.
How long have you been tattooing? I started tattooing in 2010, so 14 years!
What inspired you to become a tattoo artist? I was inspired by the freedom this art form gives me, as well as the wonderful opportunity to travel the world and connect with many interesting people.
What is your background? I graduated from Academy of Art in Baku.
What style do you specialise in? I prefer black and grey and colour realism, abstract and also watercolor styles.
What do you like to do in your spare time? I like to paint and learn something new.
What’s your favourite kind of tattoo to do? Portraits.
What’s the coolest tattoo you’ve done? I think most tattoos l have done are cool in their own way, even if at first glance it's something unremarkable, there may be a special story behind it.
