Bio

Apuka Henrique has been a tattoo artist since 2013. He began his career in a small Brazilian town where he very quickly stood out. Within a few years he already had his own studio in Londrina Paraná, a city where he took root and grew professionally. Henrique comes from a family of artists and has cultivated his artistic talent since he was a child. Before being a tattoo artist he worked as an illustrator and as a graphic designer. Most recognised as a black work artist, but also dedicated to several other styles such as fine line, sketch art, Maori, realism, and many others. He now looks to realise his dream of being among the great artists of the United Kingdom and is excited to develop his talents.

Where are you from? Brazil
How long have you been tattooing? I've been a tattoo artist for 11 years
What inspired you to become a tattoo artist? I come from a family of artists. In my childhood my favourite game was to draw, I've done this my whole life! I worked for a few years as an illustrator and life got closer to tattooing!
What is your background? Graphic arts
What style do you specialise in? I'm a very versatile tattoo artist, I can tattoo many styles, but I specialise in Black Work, Dotwork, illustrative geometry, and fine line
What do you like to do in your spare time? I use my free time to be with my family, my son and my wife!
What’s your favourite kind of tattoo to do? I really like dotwork and illustrative
What’s the coolest tattoo you’ve done? There are so many, I don't think I can choose one.
